Two weeks in the Julian Alps and a week in the South Tirol

Three weeks self catering in the Alps with Mum and Dad, Jo, Keith, and myself. We self catered in houses in Mojstrana and Ribčev Laz in Slovenia and finally spent a week north of Merano in the Italian South Tirol.

In Slovenia we climbed Triglav. This was a two day trip involving hiring a guide and equipment. The tourist information in Kranjska Gora put us in touch with Klemen of Alps Adventures who was excellent and we had a brilliant time.
